Strata Corporation is a North Dakota-based company founded in 1910 as Bradshaw Gravel Supply. Strata has more than 20 offices and operating sites throughout North Dakota and Minnesota.
Strata Corporation promotes a safe and hazard-free work environment. Each employee attends annual safety refresher courses to remain compliant with MSHA and OSHA regulations. We also do location-based safety training, which focuses on the safety hazards of each individual site.
We have aggressively grown the business of supplying the products our customers need and want, while we continue to explore other quality products we can innovate and offer.

1966 -Nodak Contracting established. (Construction Division)
1972 -Crookston Concrete and Supply of Crookston, MN purchased. (Concrete Division)
1980 - Red River Cement Products of Grand Forks, ND is acquired. (Concrete Division and Masonry Division)
1988 - The name Strata Corporation established as the successor and parent company of all existing entities.
1989 - Grafton Ready Mix of Grafton, ND purchased. (Concrete Division and Masonry Division)
1991 - Strata Concrete established at Minot, ND. (Concrete Division)
1993 - Thief River Falls, MN concrete block plant purchased and a ready-mixed concrete operation added.
1993 - Concrete Services of Beulah and Hazen, ND purchased. (Masonry Division and Concrete Division)
1994 - The Fireside Room of Red River Cement is added at the Grand Forks, ND location. (Masonry Division)
1995 - Concrete Services of West Fargo, ND established. (Concrete Division)
1995 - Dakota Concrete Construction of Minot, ND purchased. (Construction Division)
1996 - Aero Block of Minot, ND and Nodak Block of Jamestown, ND are purchased.(Masonry Division)
1996 - Kaelberer Ready Mix of Mandan, ND purchased. (Concrete Division)
1997 - The Fireplace Shop of Minot, ND purchased. (Concrete Division)
1998 - Dakota Block of Mandan, ND purchased.(Masonry Division)
1998 - Strata Block & Masonry of Fargo, ND established. (Masonry Division)
1999 - Star Enterprises of Valley City, ND purchased. (Construction Division)

2006 - The Block & Masonry Division of Strata Corporation is sold to Hebron Brick & Block Supply of Fargo, ND.
